Culture Change: Keeping it Simple
Organizations have personalities, just like people do. If you
attempt to change a personality, you must define what you are attempting to change. And then, you
must support that change.
Organizations can be passive, aggressive, ethical, unethical,
domineering, compliant, accommodating etc, just as a person can. If you want to change a culture,
focus on the source of the issues. The essence of everything is ENERGY! If the energy is focused and directed,
your results will be better. Be careful of an approach that looks like an intervention as opposed to work that is
building on what exists.
Harlan-Evans, Inc. has spent 27 years working in large
organizations. We have done many large initiatives and very recently, extremely successful change projects using
internet technology and content from our books. We have done among others: Customer Service, Leadership, Diversity
and Inclusion.
Each project is unique. Call us with your issues and see for
yourself how very different our approach is!
